The coastal cottage that kept the Pebble Beach Lone Cypress
tree company just closed escrow today - for $15M, down from the original
$19.9M. I toured the house and was a truely one of a kind place, only
yards from the Lone Cypress and some dramatic ocean and shoreline views.

Here are my two Pebble favorites for the week...something for everyone.
We have a fantastic location with golf and ocean views on the front line of the
Monterey Peninsula Country Club and easy walking to the beach nearby Bird
